At Khubaani, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality oats and ensuring a satisfying shopping experience. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund policy to make the process smooth and transparent.

Eligibility for Returns:

Customers may request a return or refund for products that are damaged, defective, or received incorrectly. Please note that due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only for unopened packages that are in their original condition. We kindly ask that all requests be made within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on how to send the product back to us, if required.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping or delivery charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will either replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

  • Returns for opened or consumed products are not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.
